Elsie MacGill SS Khutbahs

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu Here at Elsie MacGill SS, in Milton, Ontario, our MSA (Muslim Student Association) runs a modest Jumuah prayer. We've seen incredible development over time, alhamdulillah, and we would like to try and make sure that our khutbahs (Friday sermons/speeches) reach and benefit more people, and bring success to other MSAs as well. In April 2023, we decided to begin holding English language speeches and Islamic reminders during our Jummah prayers. These reminders cover a wide range of topics, including topics that affect teenagers and youth in this day and age. We've seen a gap in the so-called khutbah "market", where resources to find short, common-language khutbahs are far and few, especially for the high-school or college level. We would like to fill this gap and give inspiration, guidance, and ideas to our fellow high school MSAs that would like to begin an English-language Jummah program.
